All cosmetics wholesale Haul

A few weeks ago I've stumbled across ' All Cosmetics Wholesale' for those who doesn't know what it is, it's an online discounted beauty site from the USA. They sell discounted prices on MAC, Too Faced, Nars, Benefit, Lime Crime, Chanel, Estee Lauder etc. they also have a huge range of 'drug store brands' e.g. NYX and Revlon to name a couple. These products are either discontinue or has a slight defect such as; the shade is slightly off or a typo in the description box and some are  shipped to you with no original packaging.  After seeing all the varieties they had I was excited to do a purchase! But wait! before I made an order I did a lot of research to check if the products are legit, of course!!
The product I was most excited for were the EOS lipbalms, It's hard to find good cheap ones in Australia because they jack the prices up a lot! I was so surprise I was able to purchase them for the original price ( $3.45) from this website!
EOS lip balms, BlueBerry Acai,  Strawberry Sobert, Raspberry Pomegranate,  HoneySuckle Honeydew
There were also a huge variety of MAC pigments samples, knowing MAC their pigments are quite pricey and so I wanted to try some out before I buy a whole tube of it.
These sample were priced at $3.50 each  the amount is decent but they could fill it up a little more.
Although pigments are those things that can take a really long time to finish.

SWATCHES L-R  Melon,  Lilly White, Circa Plum,  Heritage, Copper Beam and my Fav Blue Brown (GORGEOUS!!)
Angellika blush and Laguna Bronzer
Stilla Eye shadow pan form ' Pagali'
Rhi Rhi Frost Red Lipstick has to be my new fav lippie for the month! It's such an elegance red and I love the packaging as well. It's a frost so it goes on
very smooth and it's very hydrating for the lips and doesn't dries out, which makes wearing red lipstick very comfortable for me.
The only bad thing is that I wish it had more staying power, it kind of wears off after 2- 3 hours so it needs a bit of maintenance.
I brought these because initially I was running out of my Urban Decay primer and thought I should give these a go. These are retailing in MAC Aus for $35 and I purcahsed them on ACW for $18.50 each. I regret buying these because the packaging is very poor and the size... OMG!! I didn't realised how tiny these little tubes are, they're the size of my thumb.... I was quite dissapointed that I spent $18.50 for these and I can't believe even spending $35 for something so tiny.
The colour pay off is okay as well.. there are better primer/paints out there.

Pros
  • Shipping took 2 weeks which was great and majority of the products came in their original packaging as well.
  • LOTS of  variety of brands and other products as well; accessories, nail polish, hair care
  • All catergorised into type of makeup and brands
  • Cheaper than RRP in Australia
  • Some products that can't be purchased in AUS

Cons
  • Shipping rate is determine by the weight of your order.. can be quite expensive
  • Some items doesn't come in original packaging
  • Some discontinue products can be priced higher than it's original rate
  • Not a lot of images of products, e.g swatches

New room, new look coming along it's way

Lately I've been obsessed with doing a make over for my room, I want to achieve a very feminine, european, all white themed look. That means getting rid off a few of my furniture!!
I'd have to say... my room is quite tiny so changing it up for this Summer with a new bed and new furniture would make me spend more time in my bedroom.
My ultimate dream bedroom would have to have a massive walk in wardrobe filled with beautiful garments and designer hand bags,  luxurious french styled furnitures and cute ottoman chairs, chandeliers hanging elegantly, peonies on each chest draw, huge windows and romantic lighting... if only! haha
It's quite glamorous, something you would find in a european hotel booklet XD

Here are just some inspirational images and some of my favs!

I'm a Narsissist

I've finally own some Nars products in my makeup collection!! YAY!
I've been eyeing all the Nar's blushes since forever now and I've never had the courage to pay $45 for it at Mecca. I stumbled across a website called: http://www.kissandmakeupny.com/narsbrblush.html
It stocks products such as Nars, Smashbox, Laura Mercier etc.. all for the original USD pricing and postage was $9.90 flat free world wide!! Thank god.. I hate paying for high shipping. D:<
I like to do a lot of online shopping and before I consider to purchase Make-up online I do an intense research on the authenticity of the site and the products!  I must say this is a very reliable site to pick up products and I'm really happy with shipping as well  :D :D

I ordered 3 blushes  which was USD $30each, I picked up their famous Orgasm
( which i've been eyeballing since forever), Gaiety and Lustre. I also added 'Silent night' one of their eyeshadows on sale which was $14.50, seriously looks like Christmas in a makeup box!!

Shipping took exactly 2 weeks from the date I place my order and came in a small package with loads of bubble wrap. I recommend this site for those who doesn't want to pay AUD pricing at Mecca and I can't wait to purchase from KissandMakeupny again!

Nudie Bar

When I was younger and didn't know anything about makeup I thought nude lipstick would look horrible on me. I've got tanned skin so finding the right shade of nude could be quite difficult!

Finally when I had more knowledge I came across some of my favourite nude lipstick of all time, I hope to find more all the way because a girl can never have enough nude lippies ( even if they're all very similar)
what makes the best nude lipstick is finding the right undertone that flatters you the most.
Below are some of my go to nude lippies and seriously, when in doubt these will not dissapoint!
(LEFT TO RIGHT) - Gorgeous : Inspiration, Napoleon Perdis Matte lipstick: Ava, Mac cremesheen: Pure Zen, Mac Matte: Kinda Sexy, Mac Matte: Pink Plaid

Anastasia Beverly Hills mini haul

DIP BROW PROMADE
Huge rave about this dip brow product by Anastasia, well it certainly lived up to my expectations!

How I purchased:  To my knowledge there is one Anastasia counter in Adelaide that only sell the eyebrow products but the price mark is extremely high ($40ish) compared to the original price ($18)

Shipping:  Anastasia offers international shipping. It took about 2 weeks to reach me and shipping was around $17, which is cheaper than buying it in AUS.
 Visit their website here: http://anastasiabeverlyhills.com/

Colour: My dip brow is in 'Soft Brown' and It was lighter than I expected but it matches really well when I apply my dolly wink eyebrow tint over the top. I do suggest the 'Soft Brown' for those who have more of a hazelnut/ honey brown hair.

Packaging: I'm still lustering over the Anastasia rose gold logo and I think it's such a gorgeous design! The pot itself is made from glass and has a screw top lid.

Product: I've been using the Makeup Forever eyebrow paint since I got into shaping my brows and the formula is very wet and when applied too much it becomes very  heavy looking on the brows. Since converting to the Anastasia dip brow promade I am NEVA going back!!
The formula is waxy and you have to work really quick or not it will dry out on the brush or at the back of your hand. Even though it's quite waxy the texture is very soft and smooth which makes it very easy to glide onto the eyebrows, it instantly gives you a natural shape.

I love using the dip brow promade for more of a structured/ stronger eyebrow look. I love the shade and the texture,  I recommend this product for those who have more experience in eyebrow shaping because this is awesome for shaping the brow!

EYE BROW WIZ IN CHOCOLATE

Another one of Anastasia's best seller's product and I must simply agree!! This brow wiz is my holy grail and I love using this on a lazy day when I can't be bothered to do up my brows. It is
AH-MAZINGGGGGGG, girls out there who have trouble filling in their eyebrows and end up making them look like hairy caterpillars, GURL.. you need this in your life!

Product: I think this product is best for beginners who want to start filling/shaping their brows. The pen is super thin and light which you can achieve subtle and natural looking brows without them looking too structured.  I love how it goes on quite light and you can slowly build up the colour and depth by using thin strokes to fill in the brows.  For your convenient a spooey brush is attached to the other end of the brush so you can get rid of any harsh lines.

CONTOUR PALETTE
Finally a contour palette that comes with multiple colour choices that you can choose from! The Anastasia Contour Palette includes 6 shades of your choice, the website has a variety of colours for you to choose from highlights to the darkest contouring colour.
You make your own palette by choosing 6 colours for only $44 and the free refill pan comes with it!
 ( Hells yeahhhh)

Packaging:  At first I expected the palette to be a decent size but it was quite small but then again it's very compact and good to pop away in your everyday bag or makeup kit. All 6 shadows came in a separate package in a plastic protecter and the refill pan came in a nice snugged box ( which I struggled to get it out and end up ripping it into pieces! haha! :P )

Product: My favourite colour out of the 6 has to be 'Sand' it's the only highlighting one that has subtle shimmers in it which looks gorgeous on the cheek bones/ cheeks because it gives off a nice radiant glow. The rest of the colours are matte and they're also great to use on the eyes as well
( for more of a really natural look)
The colours I chose that works really well for tanned-medium skin tones are: Sand, Golden peach, Nude, Java, Earth and Clay ( refer to last image)
